Dr. Frank Allison, managing director of Cape Medical, qualified at the University of Cape Town (MBCHB) and has worked both in the NHS and in the private sector as an RMO. After completing an MBA in 1985, he worked for a leading UK NHS locum agency until founding Axios in 1996.
